Facebook App for Android and iOS gets updated!

Facebook announced an update to Android and iOS apps that lets you share multiple photos on the social network wherever you are with a mobile device. The said update lets the user choose the exact order of photos when they upload them in Facebook.

Skype for iPhone gets updated which has the ability to save or delete photos from chat, by simply tapping or holding the image. Chat loads much faster in the updated app. Aside from the ability to view avatars for groups and other people, it lets the users search peoples list easily with new filter and options.

EIGHT GENERATION CONSOLES: THE LAST GENERATION?

Emergence of smartphones, tablets and Smart TVs was a big hit to the public. Google’s Android OS and Apple’s iOS was welcomed by the people, installation of apps is very convenient and cheap since game companies such as King, Rovio, Disney, Gameloft, Supercell and other app developers offers free games on Google Play and App StoreGaming competition with the aforementioned devices made some analyst speculate that the Eighth Generation Consoles to be the last generation of home consoles. 

In 2013, gaming revenue on Android overtook portable game console revenue, while remaining a distant second to iOS gaming revenue. In FY 2013 (ending early 2013), Nintendo sold 23.7 million consoles of any type,while Apple sold 58.2 million units of the more expensive iPadalonein FY 2012 (ending late 2012). Currently, everything about the Eighth Generation Consoles being the last still remains as a speculation and that nothing was confirmed.

Apple iPad Air 2 Specs and Features

Apple had just unveiled iPad Air 2 the more thinly, more powerful, feature packed that its predecessor at just 6.1mm with A8x chip that comes with iOS 8 out of the box which means it will have Apple Pay, TouchID finger print sensor and has more vivid colors and greater contrast.

Mac Mini 2014 Teardown Review

Newly revised version of Mac Mini after two years since it’s last appearance, joins Apple lineup this week!


iFixit has published a teardown of the new 2014 Mac mini finding soldered RAM and a more difficult to open casing.

Highlights:
● The backside of the Mini remains almost identical to the previous iteration. The only change is the omission of a FireWire port in favor of an extra Thunderbolt 2 port.
● The Mac Mini Late 2014 retains the model number identifier of A1347, but is distinguished by the EMC number 2840.
● There's a solid door where there was once handy access to the RAM and fan. A rare T6 Torx Security screwdriver is required to open it.
● The computer features a quieter Advanced Hydraulic Bearing fan
● The RAM is soldered to the logic board. 


Mac Mini Late 2014 Repairability:
 6 out of 10 (10 is easiest to repair).
● There's no glue anywhere inside that needs to be removed while disassembling the Mini.
● With the proper tools, disassembly is straight-forward and simple.
● T6 Torx Security screws are intended to lock you out of your Mini, and make it hard to clean the fan or replace the hard drive.
● The CPU is soldered to the logic board and not user-upgradeable.
● The RAM is now also soldered to the logic board, and not user-upgradeable.
