Now it’s
easy for you to communicate with business partners, friends and love ones while
working with your documents and presentations at the same time since Microsoft
recently announced that they would bring the Skype -powered chat to its web
versions of Word and Powerpoint except for Excel.
- Document chat is available
when collaborating with others in real-time in Word and Powerpoint. Simply
click the Chat button to begin chatting with everyone working in the document.
- Continue to chat with
those same people after leaving the document via Skpye on your desktop or
phone. Know when your team is working on the document and chime in.
