October 3, Smart Communications and Sun Cellular announced that they are
expanding their FREE INTERNET offers to all its prepaid, postpaid and broadband
subscribers. The Good news is, they are extending the duration of the free
mobile Internet promo from November 30 until January 5, 2015.
Through
MVP’s official twitter account he announced that “TY for the overwhelming
response to #SmartFREEInternet. Our early Christmas gift to our loyal and new
subs – offer now extebded to Jan.5.”
He also
added that “Even better – free Internet now open to ALL prepaid, postpaid and
broadband subscribers of Smart, TNT and Sun Cellular #SmartFREEInternet for
all.”
Aside
from the Free Internet, all subscribers can also avail all-you-can Facebook
access like sending messaging via Facebook messenger and viewing of videos inserted
in the social networking site. Subscribers can also send and receive emails,
use different mobile apps, shop online and many more without having an
additional charges.
To
avail of the Free Internet offer, subscribers just have to maintain an airtime balance
of at least one peso. They can register each day by simply sending FREE to
9999. Registration is for free and subscribers will receive an SMS confirmation
upon successful registration.
Subscribers can enjoy a free data volume package up to 30MB per day once registered.
However, data chargers will apply for P2P, streaming videos not embedded in Facebook,
VOIP and messaging (except for Facebook messenger).
